We ship via Evri ParcelShop.

Every Bright Step order is sent fully tracked through Evri ParcelShop. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, and you can follow it from our warehouse to your front door (or your local Evri ParcelShop, if that's the option you've selected at checkout).

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Free shipping over £40.

Spend £40 or more on a single UK order and we'll cover the cost of tracked delivery. The discount applies automatically at checkout. No code needed.

The £40 threshold is the order subtotal after any discounts and before shipping. Building a 3-pack or grabbing a bundle is the easiest way to hit it.

Dispatch times.

We aim to dispatch every order within two working days of receiving it. That gives our small team a bit of leeway during busier periods so we can pack each order properly rather than rush it.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays start their dispatch clock on the next working day.

During launch periods, sales, or busy seasons, dispatch may take 1-2 additional working days. We'll email you if there's an unexpected delay so you know what's happening.

Tracking your order.

You'll get two emails from us:

  • Order confirmation, sent immediately after you place your order, with everything you've bought and your delivery address
  • Dispatch confirmation, sent when your parcel leaves our warehouse, with a tracking link so you can follow it through Evri's network

If you can't find either email, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email us at hello@brightstepsocks.co.uk with your name and order date and we'll look it up.

If your parcel is delayed or missing.

Most parcels arrive within the 2-3 working day window. Occasionally, weather, courier issues, or addressing problems can slow things down. Here's what to do.

If it's been more than 5 working days since dispatch, check your tracking link first. Sometimes parcels are sitting at a local Evri ParcelShop awaiting collection, or a delivery attempt has been made when you weren't home. If the tracking is genuinely stuck or shows the parcel as lost, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with Evri.

If a parcel is declared lost in transit, we will resend your order at no extra cost or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You don't need to wait for the courier investigation to complete before we make this right.

Addresses and failed delivery.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. We pull the address straight from what you enter. If it's wrong, the parcel goes to the wrong place.

If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we can update it. Once it's been dispatched, we can't.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, no answer at the door over multiple attempts, or the recipient refuses delivery), we'll email you. We can re-send it for the cost of additional postage, or refund you for the cost of the goods minus the original postage.

International shipping.

At launch, we're shipping to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man). International shipping is on the roadmap but not yet available.
